2.2. The Merchant shall ensure that all transactions are legitimate and that the products or services offered comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service for any transaction we believe may violate our policies or applicable laws.

3.1. The Merchant agrees to implement and maintain appropriate security measures to protect customer data and payment information, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

3.2. We will also implement security measures to protect payment data; however, we are not liable for security breaches beyond our control.

4.1. The Merchant shall pay the fees and charges associated with using our payment gateway services as per the provided fee schedule, which may be subject to change. Any fee changes will be communicated to the Merchant in advance.

5.1. The Merchant is responsible for handling customer refunds, returns, and disputes related to payments. We may assist in resolving such issues but do not guarantee resolution in favor of either party.

6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Merchant shall immediately cease using our Services.

7.1. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our payment gateway. Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Merchant in the last six months.

8.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

9.1. We may amend these terms and conditions with notice to the Merchant. Any changes will be effective upon notice.
